支持数字化公益项目，培育数字化公益人才

Chongqing Digital Public Welfare：

support the development of digital programs and talents

       “巴渝新公益”数字新秀培育计划由市政府新闻办、市委网信办、市民政局指导，重庆腾讯可持续发展基金会、腾讯西南总部支持，重庆陆海国际传播公益基金会主办发起，旨在征集并资助重庆地区善于运用数字化工具、创新性地解决社会问题的本土公益项目及数字人才培养项目，支持城市公益创新与可持续发展，以公益叙事助力重庆城市国际传播，助力公益之城建设。

       Chongqing Digital Public Welfare Digital Talent Incubator Inititive is guided by the Chongqing Municipal Government Information Office, the Chongqing Municipal Cyberspace Affairs Office, and the Chongqing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau. Supported by Chongqing Tencent Sustainable Development Foundation and Tencent Southwest Headquarters, the initiative is led by Chongqing Luhai International Communication Foundation. It aims to select and fund local public welfare projects and digital talent development initiatives in Chongqing that adeptly utilise digital tools to address social issues innovatively. This will support the innovation and sustainable development of public welfare undertakings in Chongqing, as well as the construction of a public welfare city. The initiative will also leverage public welfare narratives to enhance Chongqing's international communication and bolster its development.
