“鹰飞之城”以重庆作为全球唯一建立在猛禽迁徙通道之下、平行岭谷之上的超大型城市为背景，以每年从重庆上空迁飞通过的数以十万计的猛禽为媒介，联合猛禽迁飞途经国家或城市社会组织，联合开展猛禽观测、研究、救护、公众教育等行动，讲述重庆城市、生态与人和谐共生的绿色发展故事，促进中外生态文化交流互鉴。
With Chongqing's status as the world's only megacity below the migration path of raptors and above the Ridge and Valley Province as the background and migratory raptors that pass Chongqing every year in hundreds of thousands as the medium, Eagle City is to conduct a series of actions around raptors including observation, research, salvation, and public education together with social organizations in other countries or cities that are located along the migration paths of raptors, tell Chongqing's green development stories featuring the harmonious coexistence of city, ecology, and man, and promote exchanges and mutual learning in ecological conservation with other countries.
