【关于重庆陆海国际传播公益基金会】

党的十九大报告中指出“推进国际传播能力建设，讲好中国故事，展现真实、立体、全面的中国”。习近平主席在亚洲文明对话大会上强调应加强世界上不同国家、不同民族、不同文化的交流互鉴，夯实共建亚洲命运共同体、人类命运共同体的人文基础。党的二十大报告再次提出“加强国际传播能力建设，全面提升国际传播效能，形成同我国综合国力和国际地位相匹配的国际话语权”“深化文明交流互鉴，推动中华文化更好走向世界”。

作为全国首个以助力城市国际传播、促进陆海文明交流互鉴的基金会，重庆陆海国际传播公益基金会在重庆市委宣传部主管下，利用重庆作为国家中心城市和陆海新通道运营组织中心优势，推动多元主体促进陆海内外联动和文明交流互鉴，支持重庆国际传播基础设施建设与对外话语体系建设，推动重庆公益创新与对外民间交往，参与全球人权治理。

基金会支持城市国际传播课题研究、人才培育和行业论坛，资助专业组织在文化交往、气候生态、乡村振兴、无障碍环境等领域实施创新服务和国际交流，推动重庆“陆海之城”“鹰飞之城”“书香之城”“公益之城”等城市名片建设，形成陆海之约、乡助山野、零碳三峡、无障碍山城等品牌项目，与各国NGO组织形成伙伴网络，助力重庆城市国际影响力提升，助力中华文化走出去。

基金会邀请更多企业与个人共同参与城市推介、城市宣传活动，讲述这座本就不凡的城市的故事与精神。

About Us

The report delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we will improve our capacity for engaging in international communication so as to tell China’s stories well, present a true, multi-dimensional and panoramic view of China. Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a keynote speech at the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations, during which he mentioned that we will promote exchanges and mutual learning among countries, nations and cultures around the world, and strengthen popular support for jointly building a community with a shared future for both Asia and humanity as a whole. And The report delivered at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposed that we will strengthen our international communications capabilities, make our communications more effective, and strive to strengthen China’s voice in international affairs so it is commensurate with our composite national strength and international status. We will deepen exchanges and mutual learning with other civilizations and better present Chinese culture to the world.

As the first foundation in China that aims to provide supports for city’s international communication and contribute to exchanges and mutual learning between land and sea civilizations, Chongqing Luhai International Communication Foundation which is supervised by the Publicity Department of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee utilizes the advantages of Chongqing as a national central city and the Coordination Center for Logistics and Operation of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor to encourage diversified entities to promote linkage between land and sea, as well as cultural exchange and mutual learning, and support the construction of Chongqing's international communication infrastructure and international discourse system, support Chongqing public welfare innovation in Chongqing, encourage people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, and participate in global human rights governance.

Chongqing Luhai International Communication Foundation supports Chongqing international communication research, talents cultivation, and innovation practices, encourages professional organizations to implement innovative services and international exchanges in the fields of cultural exchanges, climate ecology, rural revitalization, and barrier-free environment construction, so as to promote the construction of Chongqing’s city cards, including “Land-Sea City”,”Eagle City”,”Book-Loving City”as well as “Charity City”, and form a project system involving “Land-Sea Promise”,”Countryside Assistance · Reading Program”, “Carbon-Neutral Three Gorges”, as well as “Barrier-free Chongqing”.  We formed a partnership network with NGOs from other countries to enhance Chongqing city’s international influence and help Chinese culture go out to the world.
