      Luhai International Communication Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to "helping the international communication of Chongqing and promoting the exchanges and mutual learning of land and sea civilizations". We support public welfare innovation in Chongqing, encourage people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries, and participate in global human rights governance.
