支持人权理论研究，社会组织人权赋能

Special Fund for Human Rights Development:

 provide support for theoretical research on human rights and promote empowerment of human rights by social organizations

       聚焦本土人权研究与发展，支持亦格社会发展中心、西南政法大学人权研究院等专业组织开展人权调查与研究，实施本土社会组织人权发展意识和能力赋能培训，资助人权保护案例汇编，参与联合国人权议题与国际人权建设，传播重庆人权故事和民生成就。
       Focusing on the research and development of local human rights, the Special Fund for Human Rights Development is to support professional organizations such as the Chongqing Centre for Equal Social Development and the Human Rights Research Institute of Southwest University of Political Science and Law to carry out human rights investigations and studies, implement training on human rights development awareness and capacity empowerment of local social organizations, fund the compilation of human rights protection cases, participate in the United Nations human rights issues and international human rights development, and disseminate Chongqing's stories in human rights and achievements in public wellbeing.
